  2. The graphic studio parus design, hereinafter referred to as parus design or parus.<\/li>
  3. The administrator and owner of the site Sebastian Szuma\u0142a, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator.<\/li>
  4. You, the person visiting and using the site, hereinafter referred to as the User.<\/li>
  5. Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, hereinafter referred to as GDPR.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t

    1. The privacy policy fulfills the information obligation arising from the GDPR and other legal regulations, i.e., the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means of 18 July 2002 and the Telecommunications Law of 16 July 2004.<\/li>
    2. The provisions of the Privacy Policy come into effect on the date of publication, i.e., 2 July 2022.<\/li>

      1. The Administrator of the site and personal data is the Administrator.<\/li>

        3. Using the Site is completely anonymous until the User provides personal data. Providing personal data is always voluntary and based on the User\u2019s will.<\/li>
        4. Personal data is processed:
          1. In accordance with applicable law.<\/li>
          2. In accordance with the Privacy Policy.<\/li>
          3. In accordance with the GDPR.<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
          4. Every User has the right to access their data, the right to rectify, delete, and restrict processing, the right to object to the processing method, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.<\/li>
          5. The principles and scope of exercising the rights indicated in point 1.4 are specified in Articles 16-21 of the GDPR.<\/li>
          6. The Administrator reserves the right to process User data after consent withdrawal only if necessary to pursue potential claims, enforce rights in court, or if required by law.<\/li>
          7. The Administrator has the right to share the User\u2019s personal data with authorized entities, e.g., law enforcement agencies, when mandated by law.<\/li>
          8. The Administrator guarantees secure data processing and the implementation of systems preventing breaches, including using secure passwords, secure https protocol, and SSL certificates protecting the user during communication with the Site.<\/li>
          9. The Administrator may store User data for up to 10 years from the time of submission for record-keeping and advertising campaigns or until the User requests withdrawal and\/or deletion of data.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t

            1. The Administrator may entrust the processing of User data to subcontractors of the services offered to provide services on behalf of the Administrator. Depending on the processing purpose, User data is entrusted to:
              1. PROSERWER Micha\u0142 Kalenik \u2013 for storing User data on the server: in databases, in the Website's IT system, and on the Administrator's email accounts.<\/li>
              2. Asana, Inc. \u2013 for managing the Administrator\u2019s projects, necessary to provide services to the User.<\/li>
              3. Google LLC \u2013 for storing data, data backups, and data sets, including services such as Google Analytics, Google Drive, Keep Notes, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.<\/li>
              4. Facebook, Inc. \u2013 for using remarketing tools (including Facebook Pixel), including the ability to target ads, e.g., to the User\u2019s email addresses.<\/li>
              5. Useme sp. z o.o. \u2013 for managing service agreements concluded with the Administrator, issuing contracts and invoices.<\/li>
              6. Infakt Sp. z o.o. \u2013 for managing the Client database, issuing contracts and invoices.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t

                Purposes and activities of data processing <\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t

                1. Filling out the contact form \u2013 to establish contact with the User, present the Administrator\u2019s offer, and archive the conversation with the User to demonstrate its course if necessary. Providing data is voluntary but required to process the inquiry through the Website and fulfill the above purposes.

                  2. Processing the inquiry is based on the User\u2019s consent.<\/li>
                  3. The User has the right to withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
                  4. Contract conclusion and invoicing \u2013 to fulfill the subject of contracts and obligations arising from legal provisions. Providing data is a necessary condition for concluding the contract.

                    2. Marketing purposes \u2013 based on voluntary consent to provide data for marketing purposes, to deliver the Administrator\u2019s marketing content to the User, including advertising content.

                      2. The User has the right to withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
                      3. Comments \u2013 When leaving a comment under a blog post available on the Website, the User consents to the collection of data required by the comment form fields, as well as IP address and browser data, to protect the Website against malicious spam software.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

                        2. On the User\u2019s first visit to the Website, an intrusive popup is displayed, fulfilling the information obligation about the use of cookies.<\/li>
                        3. The User consents to the use of cookies on the Site by accepting their use through the \u201cOk\u201d button or by ignoring the message.<\/li>
                        4. Using the Site with cookies enabled means consent to their use.<\/li>
                        5. Every User can disable cookies in their web browser. However, cookies are essential for the proper functioning of the Site, and disabling them may cause technical difficulties in using the Site, for which the Administrator is not responsible.<\/li>

                          3. The Site may include social media plugins: Facebook, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
                            1. Viewing Site subpages containing a plugin means the Site communicates with social media servers, and the plugin content is delivered to the User\u2019s browser. The plugin integration sends information to the social media service that the Site was viewed from the User\u2019s browser, even if the User does not have a profile on the social media platform or is not logged in on the device, and this information is sent to the social media server.<\/li>
                            2. If the User is logged into the social media service, the service can directly associate the visit to the Site with the User\u2019s profile on the social media platform. If the logged-in User uses the plugin to share\/react to content on the Site, the relevant information will also be sent directly to the social media server.<\/li>
                            3. Information provided to social media services may be processed by them, including being published on these services and shown to contacts\/friends of the User. If the User does not consent to linking their visit to the Site with their social media profile, they should log out of active social media sessions before visiting the Site.
